On the first Saturday of the month the men of St. Mark, meet at the Rise and Dine Cafe in Chesterland for fellowship and to hear a speaker on various subjects. Pastor Ken pointed out that we have been meeting for 8 years and thanked co-ordinator Ron Cudnik for his service.
This month a friend of St. Mark’s member Ray Gilbert, Andy Kotlarsic, from St. Mary Catholic church in Chardon, spoke on preparing for death. He gave a detailed presentation of things we should do so that burdens are lifted from our loved ones. A tough subject for sure but one that needs to be addressed.
Our next meeting will be on Dec. 3 at Rise and Dine. 9:00 am to 10:15
