On Wednesday, March 15, 2023, The Kammerchor (German for “chamber choir”)Choir from Concordia University, Wisconsin, gave a concert in the St. Mark Sanctuary. The choir sang,” Jesus sprach zy dem Blinden” by Melchior Vulpis along with more contemporary music like Jubilate Deo, by Juan Ignagia Noron’a. St. Mark’s own Annie Ryan is a member of the choir. On Sunday evening, March 12, St. Mark held its third installment of the series “Lutherans In The World.” Senior Pastor Mark Matzke led the study and provided a comprehensive booklet of resources that covered many “life” issues. Topics like “Care for the Dying,” Abortion, Marriage, Life, and Family just to name a few of the topics that the resources covered.
