PASTOR MARK’S BIGFOOT BIOGRAPHY
Mark Matzke has been interested in the Bigfoot enigma since reading the work of Marian T. Place in the late 1970’s. In 2014, he began co-hosting “SasWhat: a Podcast about Bigfoot” with Seth Breedlove, and soon after became an active contributor to Small Town Monsters. He has emce’e’d Minerva Monster Day, Monsterfest 1 and 2, and Loren Coleman’s International Cryptozoology Conference, offering a presentation about the Peninsula Python at the ICC in 2019. Mark has written three books about Small Town Monsters and has co-written, narrated, and been interviewed in numerous STM documentaries and YouTube series, including “Sasquatch Unearthed: Buckeye Bigfoot.” He also co-hosts the reactivated “Monsteropolis” podcast with Seth and Heather Moser, and for the last five years has contributed a weekly segment to the “Bride of Monster Kid Radio” podcast about the Japanese TV franchise “Ultraman.” In addition, Mark is an ordained Lutheran pastor with nearly 28 years of service to churches in Ohio. He is married and has one adult son.
