December Community Lunch

On the last Wednesday of each month St. Mark hosts a delicious lunch for all that wish to attend at a special price. FREE !! December Men’s Breakfast

On Dec. 7, 2019, the men of St. Mark met for their monthly men’s breakfast at Rise and Dine Cafe in downtown Chesterland. For over 12 years, organizers Ron Cudnik and Rev. Ken Welsh have dedicated themselves to this breakfast, Ron, has made many phone calls and Pastor Ken has provided many interesting speakers from all walks of life. Gift of the Magi Boutique 2019

The Ladies at St. Mark transformed the hallways, library and fellowship hall into a magical Christmas boutique. On Friday and Saturday on the second weekend in November 2019. Christmas shoppers from Northeast Ohio, gathered at St. Mark to purchase beautiful, unique handcrafted items, from Christmas trees made from old hand saws to warm knitted hats and scarfs. Rise and Dine Cafe in Downtown Chesterland has been the home of the “St. Mark Men’s Breakfast” for more than 10 years. Well Done Ken Welsh and Sue Brill

This summer marked 2 significant milestones at St. Mark. Pastor Ken Welsh, Associate Pastor and Treasurer Sue Brill retired from their respective positions at St. Mark. New Member Welcome Breakfast

On Sunday, July 28, 2019, St. Mark welcomed nine new members into their fellowship. They were recognized at the 9:30 service and were treated to a breakfast provided by the St. Mark Women’s league. St.Mark ROADtrip rewind

On the weekend of June 14, members of St. Mark took the road and traveled to the State of Kentucky to the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter. The group consisted of great grandparents with their great-grandchildren, young families, teens, and seniors. May Community Lunch Cook Out

On the last Wednesday of EVERY month St. Mark hosts a community free lunch for the communities surrounding St. Mark. May’s lunch featured a cook-out with hamburgers and hot dogs prepared on the St. Mark Grill at the entranceway to the church. Education Volunteer Appreciation Dinner

On Monday, May 6th, the Board of Education at St. Mark held a volunteer appreciation dinner to recognize those that have had an impact on the youth at St. Mark over the past school year. Deacon Chris Ryan, head of the St. Mark Board of Education thanked all those in attendance. The event featured a lively, white elephant, gift auction along with unofficial Martin Luther currency, thanks to Kim Ryan.
