Cycles for Christ

St. Mark has expanded its ministry to the people we serve at Trinity Lutheran in Ohio City. A suburban policeman, Kevin Thomas brought to our attention that he is associated with Cycles for Christ. Kevin has access to bicycles that need repair through his work as a policeman. The bikes are refurbished through Cycles for Christ and given free of charge to those in need.

Siri Robert is a man who attends our monthly meals at Trinity Lutheran. We noticed his bike was broken and asked if he could use a new bike. He said yes!

We contacted Kevin and loaded up the bike in “Prayer Force One,” our church bus, and delivered it to Siri. As we were unloading it. he exclaimed, “that’s a good bike.”

We asked Siri if he knew Jesus and he said that he did. It was a blessing to uphold a brother in Christ.

Thanks to Kevin Thomas and Cycles for Christ.
