July, 2016 Men’s Fellowship Breakfast
The first Saturday of every month (this month, moved to the second Saturday, due to the Independence Day holiday), the men of St. Mark informally gather at the Rise and Dine Restaurant in Chesterland at 9 am to have breakfast and hear a short message by various speakers. Proclaiming the Gospel at the Chesterland Independence Day Parade
St. Mark proclaimed the Gospel in song as our Praise team participated in the Chesterland Independence Day Parade. Our Pastors and members passed out Frisbees featuring the contact information for St. Mark to those viewing the parade along route 306. June Free Lunch

A Weekend of Fellowship at St. Mark Chesterland
Play Ball, Play Golf, “We all scream for Ice Cream!!” Last weekend at St. Mark started off with a number of our members attending the Lake Erie Captains baseball game. The Captains came up short but the fireworks after the game were spectacular! St. Mark Endowment Fund Kickoff
On May 21st at Generations Party Center a kickoff was held for the St. Mark Lutheran Endowment Fund. Ron Meister, chairman of the St. Mark Endowment Fund was the master of ceremonies. A Celebration of Mothers
On Saturday May 7, 2016 the St. Mark Women’s League sponsored a luncheon that celebrated mothers day. It was great to see all he moms and their kids. Entertainment was provided by the “Cordials”, a 4 part a cappella quartet

Congrats to the St. Mark Confirmands
Sunday May 1, 2016 St. Mark celebrated the confirmation of Lauren Dvorak and Chase Hickey. The two confirmands answered questions by Pastor Matzke at the 8:15 service and received communion at the 11:00 am service.
