For approximately 17 years, St. Mark members have been serving a meal to those in need at Trinity Lutheran Church in Ohio City.
Ohio City has gone through substantial changes in demographics during our time serving there. Over the years of our service, the people we serve have gone from local residents to people with no home. They live on the streets, many carry all their possessions with them in pull carts or shopping bags.
What they do have in common? They all need The Good News of Jesus Christ. They need an eternal home. We serve them a meal and share the Gospel before they eat. Since we serve monthly, we get to know the needs of the people we serve and pray for and with them.
