“FROM SACRIFICE TO SACRAMENT ” Study Starts Feb 1, 2017

 NEW BIBLE STUDY: Beginning Wednesday, February 1st, join Pastor Mark for a four-week series called “From Sacrifice to Sacrament,” a video-enhanced look at Lutheran worship Why do we do what we do in worship? What does the Old Testament have to do with our liturgies? What does God do for us when we gather together? Be a part of the discussion from 7:15–8:15 p.m. each Wednesday night in February. All ages are welcome.

First “Being Lutheran” book study at St. Mark

Many people are involved in studies at St. Mark. Tuesday’s Joy of Christianity Bible Study drew over 35 people. This Thursday the first book study with a pot luck dinner preceding the study had 25 plus in attendance. The study which meets once a month wil discuss the book. “Being Lutheran” by A. Trevor Sutton. Rally day 2016 – Start of Sunday School

On September 11, 2016 St. Mark kicked off the new Sunday School year. Not only Sunday School but a week of new continuing  Bible Studies. The excitement generated by the new content has many people,  kids and adults, getting into the Word.
