St. Mark Book club
St. Mark’s Book Club: For our April meeting, we will be discussing Rebecca Skloot’s The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks. We will be meeting at 1 p.m. on April 8th in the small dining room off of St. Mark’s Fellowship Hall to discuss this nonfiction book that “captures the beauty and drama of scientific discovery, as well as its human consequences.” For our May meeting, we will be discussing Charlotte’s Web. Men’s Fellowship Breakfast
The second Saturday of every month, the men of St. Mark informally gather at The Coffee Post on 12626 Chillicothe Rd. in Chesterland at 8:30 am to have breakfast and hear a short message by various speakers. Community Free Lunch
Join Us for lunch! On the last Wednesday of each month from 11am-1pm, our Women’s League hosts people from Chesterland and the surrounding community for a FREE lunch. The menu varies each month, but generally includes a main dish, side dish and dessert. It is served in our Fellowship Hall and no reservations are needed. Bring a friend and enjoy great food and fun.
