Midweek Advent Service
We can help you get into the Christmas spirit! Attending Advent services will help build anticipation and excitement in your heart for the celebration of the birth of the Christ child. We will be holding services in both the afternoon and evening on the following Wednesdays – 12/3, 12/10, and 12/17 at 11:30 am (traditional) and 7pm (contemporary).
New Life – women who have lost a spouse
We are pleased to invite women of all ages in the community who are grieving the loss of their husband to a meet-and-greet introductory meeting for “New Life” on Thursday, Nov 20 at 11am. Our new group will offer a comforting and loving gathering place for women to share their journey through conversation, prayer and fellowship. Coffee and dessert will be served. Vacation Bible School
Spotlight on Vacation Bible School: We are in need of volunteers to be “circle guides” at this summer’s VBS, to escort the same class of children from station to station, each of which has a leader. The only requirement for being a circle guide (or teen helper) is a love for children. If you are interested in considering taking on this role, talk to Pastor Chris. NIAH AND ALISHA MERRILL CONCERT
The Merrills move from hymns to contemporary, from classical to gospel, always focusing hearts to praise and worship Jesus Christ. Niah and Allisha sing and play an assortment of instruments (including the piano, trumpet, flugelhorn, hand drums, and Irish penny whistles) in a variety of styles. Books, Blooms, and Bake Sale is complete! The sale was amazing. There are so many people and organizations to thank. First off, thank you to St. Mark members for collecting 1,300 used books.
