The Number 1 Best-Seller: Did you know that the Bible is the all-time best-selling book? You can join the new Bible Study starting in June on “The Story” an abridged, chronological Bible that reads like a novel.
Scripture segments are seamlessly woven together with transition text into a single grand narrative. For those intimidated or overwhelmed by the unabridged Bible, The Story helps people understand God’s Word more fully and engage with it more easily. Come to the planning meeting at 9:30 in the Library to sign up or reach out to Linda Bencic in the office (mail@stmarkchester.org).

America250: is a nonpartisan initiative working to engage every American in commemorating the 250th anniversary of our country. This multi-year effort, from now through July 4, 2026, is an opportunity to pause and reflect on our nation’s past and honor the contributions of all Americans. On May 7 George Zehnder will be speaking at an event at West Geauga Library at 7pm about the Revolutionary veterans buried in Chester Cemetery and the proper care of the tombstones.

Inside and Out; Thank you to those serving this week both in the church and outside. This week Dan Springer and Dustin Paternini will be caring for the lawn and grounds. Laurie Deau will be staffing the nursery.”
